The structure near the gardens, originally a bunkhouse, has been significantly updated. A new metal roof has been installed, and an updated circuit breaker box has been added with all electrical work inspected for safety, costing $950. Additionally, an extension with open space and a metal roof was added for $900. The interior has been freshly painted for $500, restoring its function as a bunkhouse. The total cost for these improvements was $2,350.
