A cozy fire pit was added for $475, along with a convenient wood ramp leading into the lake for launching kayaks and canoes, costing $1,200.

Extensive landscaping designs and installations are ongoing, including excavation, topsoil delivery, and plantings, with labor and materials estimated between $50,000 and $75,000. A beautiful stone patio and stone wall were added for $3,500, and exterior painting of the house, bunkhouse, and detached garage was completed in the Summer of 2024 for $15,000.
